Whether the dense kernels of this library dispatch T to LAPACK rather than to Eigen.

True for the four scalar types LAPACK itself provides kernels for, and only when an interface to LAPACK is actually available in this build. Everything else – in particular every extended- and arbitrary-precision type – goes through Eigen.
